What we collect
Inquiry forms may collect your name, organization, contact information, sponsorship interests, budget range and message. Approved partner accounts can also record campaigns, assets, invoices, requests and account activity.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate sponsorship fit, administer partnerships, provide account access and deliver relevant reports. We keep operational and security logs to protect the service.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with authorized ISLAND X staff and contracted providers needed to deliver these services. A documented retention and deletion schedule must be set by the operator before public launch.
Your choices
You may ask the partnership team for access, corrections or deletion where applicable. Do not include sensitive information in the inquiry form.
